BeSafe Rate is a start-up of BtoB services dedicated to accommodation facilities aimed at offering an innovative hotel insurance rate that is reimbursable for tourists and non-refundable for hoteliers.
In the lead generation process, BeSafe had highlighted a high amount of “irrelevant” leads, that is, not relevant or in any case with a propensity to buy close to zero.
Results
The Design and integration of Data Management for Advertising, together with the elaboration and launch of the new adv funnel (Awareness, Lead generation, Retargeting), has allowed a decrease in the irrelevant rate from 42% to 18% (lead paid Q2 2021 vs Q2 2020).
In addition, an increase in the conversion rate was noted, from 8% to 21% (lead paid Q2 2021 vs Q2 2020).
