British Centre is a recognised English school with acknowledgement of the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), with 3 locations in the centre of Rome.
In the face of a growth in registrations and online visibility, there was a lack of ability to monitor competitors on social media, and the impossibility of activating it through manual management.
The implemented solution, Data Management for Social, is based on the continuous and automated monitoring of posts and reactions, on the customer’s social properties and on those of five other competitors. The analysis, in addition to being ongoing, retrospectively includes up to 250 posts per competitor in the last 12 months.
As a result, British Centre has obtained the ability to monitor the day-to-day updated situation on dashboards that are always up to date and available.
