In particular, starting from 2020, new challenges have emerged related to growth, and in the control of leads processed by the contact centre, which involved a non-standardised, laborious and time-consuming management, with the risk of losing numerous conversion opportunities.
Results
Through a customisation of Data Management for Sales, a system has been developed that makes it possible to monitor how much and how the contact centre resources work, with what timing of intervention and closing of deals, making productivity more efficient.
In addition, a standardisation of processes was carried out, and a lead scoring tool was created with predictive capacity on a historical basis, with consequent prioritisation: the final result was a greater ability to convert the acquired contacts.
